July 30, 2009 Rumbles Update!
The Windber Rumbles Committee meets tonight, however we had a small luncheon today to update our fellow riders on some very popular inquiries we have received:
Camping Details:
$10 for Tents
$25 for Campers
$30 for RVs/Motorhomes
This price covers camping on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Utilities are available and they are included in this charge. These Utilities are Electricity, Public Bathrooms, and Showers.
Preferred Event Parking will be available for the Handicapped.
Camping is first come/first serve reserve, so your spot today with the contact info below!

Currently, T-Shirts are on sale at Go-Go’s Service Station in Windber (12th Street Exit from Rt. 56) and we are integrating a feature to sell them here on the site.

camping used to be free for many years. why charge now? you want people to come and enjoy. There are many many rumors flying around about food and everything else. Its time for some updates as to what is going on. It is august 4th…..I have been coming for 12 years….frankly I am a bit disappointed.
I come from Akron Ohio every year and love an update so I can make some plans for one of the biggest weekends of the year. The parties of the past at windber were the best. Are there going to 160 KEGS AND ALL THE FOOD YOU CAN EAT?
I do not live in the Windber area, but am interested in buying T-shirts, will you be selling them on line, if so when should I check back?
I had a great time and the camping fee was reasonable. I am sure that next year things will be a little more organized but no matter what you do you will always have a big baby crying about something….Looking forward to many more. I have been so about 15 DogRuns myself and hope to have at least that many more Rumbles….I myself would like to say THANKS for a good time…..
